Are there rules on dating a twice divorced man?

I don’t know if this is even acceptable by the Catholic Church, but before I even begin to date a twice divorce man, can you please inform me on what the Church’s view of this is, and should I just avoid this situation at all to begin with?
 
Dear Jennie,

Unless his marriages have been judged null by the Catholic Church, he is still considered to be a married man. To dileberately date a married man is a mortal sin. Better to look elsewhere.
