Are these people going to Hell?

I understand humans are above all creatures, but i also understand we must respect other creatures and not be cruel. 1. Are lab workers who abuse animals mentally and physically for “experiments” committing a mortal sin even though it isn’t against the law? 2. Are Farm/company owners committing mortal sins by raising animals in inhumane and cruel conditions[?] 3. Will animals go to heaven?

We cannot judge who will go to hell, even it a sin is being committed. Sin that is grave may not be mortal or, if it is is, may be repented of finally.

Animals do not have rational souls so we do not say that they will be in heaven nor be resurrected.

I thought the soul was the living breath of God? I don’t think animals have souls.

Nothing is impossible for God. It’s one of those questions that we simply don’t have the answer to. If He wants to reward someone by reanimating their pet, He can. If He doesn’t, He won’t.

We on Earth do not have all of the answers.
