Why is it difficult to accept as you are not what you wish you could be?

There is no such thing as an ideal person. Believe that, and you will forever be disappointed.
Sometimes you have to stop obsessing. It may be time to get off the internet.
Are you a practicing Catholic? See out a good priest for counseling.
Happy Advent.

No, the internet is simply a ‘tool’ for use at the discretion of the operator.

It follows the same mechanic as real life. That choices exist as free-will but they must also have consequence. If they did not, they would be devoid of meaning.

It is a simple truth of this world that not everyone will be perfect ‘for you’.

That is something you must find peace with and understand. Namely because God is not a bigot or a fascist. If he were - you would have no free choice at all.

People are very different but rest assured there is someone that completes the parts of you that you feel are ‘missing’.

That one individual is your ‘eve’ or ‘adam’ depending on your gender. And you will certainly know that person when you cross them.

Only you can define your ‘expectations’. And those can be as reasonable or unreasonable as you allow them to be. It seems as if you would like the world to be puppeted by God to fit your idea of morality and I can understand how a person could feel that way.

What you must learn to accept however is that a world like that would be devoid of worth or meaning. It would be little more than a world of your own making; and we are not God. We are paying the price for choice - and correct execution of that freedom, will see you redeemed and returned to heaven; the place this all began in the first place.

Trust in God. From police man to thief - everyone has their purpose. They must all learn in their own way. However hard that may be to accept.
