Growing up I thought I would have kids. Right now, this is new and sometimes I’m saddened by it. I didn’t go to the doctor because I couldn’t conceive, I wasn’t even expecting that to be an issue. Honestly, I just don’t want anymore bad news medically. Heck, they way my luck has been this year I’m kind of afraid to know anything else about my body. Lol.

Yes, you are a family. There are others in similar situations to yours. You are a family.

I can certainly empathize with you.

I do not have to put up with the questions you are getting but as a single over a certain age, I keep getting asked questions like the following

Why aren’t you married yet?
What is wrong with you?
Are you gay?
Are you sure you are not gay?
Are you really, really sure you are not gay?

finally,

If you are gay, stay away from my kids. You gay people have an agenda.

This is why I can also empathize with people.who have SSA.
To me, you and your husband are a family unit. People who say you and your husband are not does not make it any less true.
