Are we dispensed for abstaining from meat this Friday? REVISITED

As this Friday is the solemnity of St Joseph am I correct that we are NOT required to abstain from meat?
 
Hi,

I know of no such dispensation. As with all Fridays of Lent, we are expected to abstain from red meat and poultry. You might check with your local diocese.

REVISITED I am amazed that I couldn’t find anything about this on several diocesan websites or even the USCCB website. But canon 1251 does make an exception for solemnities. So meat IS allowed on March 19, the Solemnity of St, Joseph.
