Are wet dreams sinful (under these circumstances)?

I may start by saying that I am extremely scrupulous, and no that naturally such dreams are not sinful. However, I found myself waking up during one - I was partially conscious. I sort if began to think lustful thoughts - at first I warded them away but I was drifting away and I felt as if I had given in to them. Later, I began to drift back off to sleep again however I’m not sure if I had control over these thoughts - and after initially resisting I wasn’t sure if I had consented to them but I felt extremely guilty and don’t know if it was out of my control. It is never something I would normally do which is why it is especially disturbing.
