Are women priests a furture reform the Church will one day undertake?

The Church has an all male priesthood, and will not ever ordain women. I’m stuck on how to articulate this to friends who are Catholic, and have gone through typical Catholic school with me, and are now suffering from the poor Catechesis we received. It doesn’t help that the priest at the campus Catholic Church has also told us women priests will come in the future. They believe we will one day have a “reform” that allows women priests.

I’ve been told the reasons this is not true, but not in a detailed enough manner for me to explain the answer to them convincingly.

Where in canon law and dogma is the all male priesthood explained? It is imperative I get this right when it comes up again. Please help.
