Shannon I am so glad to see your post! I feel the same way. My husband and I were both CINO until the first of our kids were born 8 years ago. Since then I have been exploring my faith and becoming more devoted. My hubby on the other hand has been at a standstill. I would like to encourage him to do more, but I thought that an example would help him. He doesn’t go to reconcilation, or holy days, or read anything remotely Catholic - not saying that all of these things are indicative of what a “real or devout” Catholic does, but to me these are bare minimum things. I do hope more people post with ideas on getting a spouse more involved because I am at a loss myself. I pray for him nightly to be more open to the Grace of God and will continue to do so.
