Our diocese (Arlington Diocese, Virginia) has a pilgrimage to the National Shrine in Washington DC. In addition to the parish bus and youth ministry van, I think my parish church has chartered another four or five buses.
My son and I are signed up to go and I’ve been looking forward to it. There is going to be morning hymns, a procession, a keynote speaker, and then mass with our Bishop.
Pray for me that the rest of my family will also want to go.
