The video is describing religious life, not the preisthood. Most of it is about the evangeical counsels: chastity, poverty and obedience. These are not elements of Holy Orders. These are elements of the Consecrated Life or what we often call Religious Life.

They are not the same vocation. He should have left out the elements of the religious life and spoken more of the Sacrament of Holy Orders. There is a beautiful spirituality and theology of the priesthood that can stand on its own, without the theology of religious life.

I’m not sure why they did this this way.
