Are you judged twice?

The creed states coming to judge the living and the dead. SInce we also know some are already in Heaven, what is catholic teaching on the contradiction of all will be judged (living and the dead) when Christ returns? Are some judged twice? Are we judged a different way then at our death when Christ returns at the end of the world?

Sure! There are two for everyone: the particular judgment when each of us dies—and the general or last judgment at the end of the world. The first one is private and the last one is public—before the whole world. The particular judgment is the one to focus on. The last judgment is sort of a replay.
