Are young children or babies obligated to attend Mass?

At what age or state of life do children/babies become obligated to attend Mass?
Is it at Baptism? First Communion? Age of Reason?

I know that parents often arrange to go to different masses because young children are so disruptive. On the other hand, there are parents who just have stubborn young 5 year olds who are too young to understand the Mass, and don’t want to go.

Does Canon Law give this question an easy answer?
