Perhaps the most recognized and universally respected arguments for God come from St. Thomas Aquinas. You could google Arguments for the existence of God by him and you would find them without a problem.

I like the answer provided by Jack17 above. Documented miracles are hard to reason away. Add to this the following (Pascal’s Wager). Either God does or does not exist. You have to place your bet on one outcome or the other.

If you bet God does not exist, and it turns out you are wrong - ouch!
If you bet God does not exist and are right - party on!
If you bet God does exist and you are wrong, then you have missed the party.
If you bet God does exist and you are right - JACKPOT! You gain eternal life in paradise.
