I just got into the show Arrested Development this summer and it is now my favorite show.

The plot revolves around the Bluth family, a wealthy family who’s father, George Sr., is arrested. George Sr.'s son, Michael, is put in charge of keeping the dysfunctional family together.

The show has a large cult following and is returning for a fourth season in 2013 (the last season was in 2006) and then a movie.

It is also the most quotable show of all time.

Anyone heard of the show or are fans?

The show has questionable innuendo at times, but it’s quite cleverly written. I like how they’ll plant seeds throughout the episode of totally random happenings just for a comedic payoff at the end. Like the episode with the Japanese investors, the tiny model houses, the “mole” costume and the jet pack. Then they all come together for an awesome homage to the old Godzilla movies. It’s been a long time since I’ve laughed that hard.

I heard that the new season will be a “Netflix exclusive” with all the new episodes being released simultaneously on Netflix in the Spring.
 
So Happy, Happy, Happy, I saw this post!!! I can’t wait to share this with my husband. We always loved this show and we were very disappointed when thye cancelled it

I saw a petition to bring back Steve Holt ("STEVE HOLT! (raises arms in air triumphantly) because they weren’t including him in the cast for the 4th season. Though the show isn’t always appropriate for discussion (i.e. Tobias’ name for his profession), it is a wildly funny and brilliantly written show.

Perhaps my favorite scene is Buster in the water and the man yelling “Loose Seal”
