This is distressing and hopefully does not become commonplace like attacks on farmers in South Africa.

Honestly the most likely explanation is he did it himself to commit insurance fraud.

I’m sure that will be looked into. Unfortunately, it’s not rare. But, fortunately, insurance companies are very good at finding out!

Because it’s much more likely that someone did it themselves than someone in BFE Nebraska purposely torched someone else’s equipment. Insurance fraud is more prevalent than major acts of arson due to political affiliation.
