“Anger is a poison,” this article says. If a husband and a wife are angry with each other a lot, it destroys the relationship.
If you are angry over little, trifling things, you should decide if it is worth getting angry about, the priest, marriage-counselor who speaks in this article says. Anger may sometimes be righteous, he says. But often it becomes sinful, involves a desire for revenge. It is important to express it in an effective, positive way, he explains, speaking about how to do this.

I’ve always told my wife, I can be mad at you, but I always love you. It’s worked for 35 years and still going strong. True anger has NEVER been an issue.
