You are assuming there was chaos before life even existed - which is obviously not true.
The laws of nature provided a framework of order which enabled development.
Chaos never organises itself.
We are talking about life. The laws of nature emerged way earlier. Suddenly indeed

Do you want to talk about origin of Universe now?
Life depends on the laws of nature.
Random events occurred within a framework of order; otherwise development would never have occurred.
I gave you video. What do you think about?
You have evaded my statement:
Random events occurred within a framework of order; otherwise development would never have occurred.
The term “physical constants” alone is enough to explode the Chance hypothesis!
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthropic_principle
“The concept of other universes has been proposed to explain how our Universe appears to be fine-tuned for conscious life as we experience it. If there were a large (possibly infinite) number of universes, each with possibly different physical laws (or different fundamental physical constants), some of these universes, even if very few, would have the combination of laws and fundamental parameters that are suitable for the development of matter, astronomical structures, elemental diversity, stars, and planets that can exist long enough for life to emerge and evolve. The weak anthropic principle could then be applied to conclude that we (as conscious beings) would only exist in one of those few universes that happened to be finely tuned, permitting the existence of life with developed consciousness. Thus, while the probability might be extremely small that any particular universe would have the requisite conditions for life (as we understand life) to emerge and evolve, this does not require intelligent design per the teleological argument as the only explanation for the conditions in the Universe that promote our existence in it.”
The existence of human beings is totally irrelevant to the immense improbability that the fine tuning of the universe was fortuitous. Do you rely on chance to make your decisions?
Do you believe your power of reason is an accident? If so it cannot be very trustworthy!
My power of reason appeared according to laws of evolution.
Were you an eye-witness?

No one has ever witnessed a rational being emerging from irrational processes. It is a hopelessly inadequate hypothesis.
I gave you one example how it works.
If you still don’t understand how and why evolution works, watch explanation videos on youtube. There are tons of it.
Your faith in accidents is immense but it is not only unverifiable but self-refuting. If the power of reason is produced by **purposeless
atomic particles it is a purposeless **fantasy like everything else! Inanimate objects have no goals, values or reasons whatsoever. Garbage in garbage out!
