So, today I ate:

Morning: a small fruit salad with some honey bread crumbs

Noon: a regular sized meal with rice, vegetables and some tomato and cheese pastries

Evening: tuna sandwich

Rest of the day: only water and sugarless tea

Did I eat too much?? I arrived this night from work very very hungry and didnt think too much and I ate the tuna sandwich wich I dont know if I could.

I prayed my 5 decades Rosary kneeling afterwards to try to make an extra penance.

I am a little worried that this may be a grave offense.

This sounds fine.

Why would you think this is a grave offence?

If you are young and healty and doctor has no problem with it, you may fast more than that. The great Saints went to extremes. To turn fasting from curse to blessing, strive to bond yourself with Christ in the desert. Desire to feel His hunger.

Think of the blessing of fasting rather than of being tortured and killed on a cross. Read Tobit chpater 12 for indication as to the value of fasting, prayer and almsgiving.

Yes, it seems so. Anyway, i got very hungry during the day.

Did I make at least the minimum?

I think you may have some scrupulous ideations going on. Speak to your priest
