~16.4 kg?

should that be grams per cubic meter instead of square meter?

Do you belong to the version of Ramakrishna thought nurtured by Vivekananda? (Are there other versions?)

How do you/does it both mesh in with, and contrast with:
  • the two Tagores
  • K C Sen
  • Dayananda Sarasvati
  • Aurobindo
  • Radhakrishnan
  • Bhattacharya
  • Dharmapala
By way of a couple of sentences on each, to begin with, and maybe a bit more on Ramakrishna, what do you think are the complementary gifts of each of these?

(I learned most of my name-dropping from Ninian Smart’s book! 😉 Besides food, what drew my attention to southern Asia was the ancient history and the linguistics.)

I’m also interested in Savinggrace’s question.

Pax Christi!

What is this thing called love?

Who do you like in the 2016 Major League Baseball season?

God bless and Happy New Year!

(They haven’t logged back on since posting this, so not sure how serious they are in dialogue)

आप कहाँ से हैं?

Or if CAF can’t render Hindi… then aap kahaan se hain?

He was indeed an an inspired person

“Thus he declared, “As many faiths, so many paths.” The paths vary, but the goal remains the same. Harmony of religions is not uniformity; it is unity in diversity. It is not a fusion of religions, but a fellowship of religions based on their common goal – communion with God. This harmony is to be realized by deepening our individual God-consciousness. In the present-day world, threatened by nuclear war and torn by religious intolerance, Sri Ramakrishna’s message of harmony gives us hope and shows the way. May his life and teachings ever inspire us”. ramakrishna.org/rmk.htm

That was my thought, funny how many people had picked up on the power released in those times and were teaching the principals of a New Day of God without fully understanding the Source.

This was obviously a very spiritual person. People Like William Miller also have not had the respect given to them they could/should have had.

On a long car trip, Herbie drove the first two hours on the highway at 70 miles per hour. He took a long 15 minute bathroom break and then drove another hour at 60 miles per hour. Next, he drove on a winding mountain road with beautiful scenery and no guard rail at 35 miles per hour. He took a 45 minute break for dinner at a local dive, and then finished up his trip with three hours of driving at 75 MPH listening to AC/DC.
What did Herbie tell the state trooper was his average speed for the whole trip, including the breaks?
😃

I think a good question, if you ever return 😉 is,

What do you think the most important aspect of this message is?

Regards Tony
I did PM this person. They got it, but I don’t think they will be back.
So I assume it was not a serious attempt at dialogue. 🤷

That is a shame, this was a very interesting person, would have been good to see how it all tied into to The world we now have given ourselves. Seems he had many visions of how to make the world a better place.
