I don’t know but I am wondering why that would be the preferred form of communication. Emails are time consuming and can be interpreted wrong, sacraments cannot be conferred over electronics. And if it is spiritual guidance you are seeking a conversation would be better. And many times it need not be a priest at all.

Yes.

If it’s an interpersonal issue, just make an appointment with a priest whose preaching seems sensible and take it from there. Seeing you in person and getting cues from your body language and tone of voice will be helpful in figuring out your situation and how to proceed.

Also a therapist or a doctor would probably be better for a psychological issue.

Best wishes!

either go to your parish and make an appointment or call the diocese you live in for a recommendation.
