What ever u ask in the father in my name I he will give u . Can someone help me what does it mean? Do we speak to Jesus call out to him ?

Pray in an attitude of receiving the good that God wants for you. Pray to receive according to what God wills. You may not receive exactly what , when, or how, but God always answers prayer for the good of those who pray in trust and expectation.

Some people take this literally - the name of Jesus is above all other names where every knee must bow and every tongue must confess. So there is power in the name of Jesus.
Two, Jesus is the Mediator to the Father, thus praying through his name is efficacious too.
