In Iraq, Christians and the peaceful ones among the Muslims say as-salamu 'alaikum to one another. We also say as-salamu 'alaikee and as-salamu 'alaika for individuals. Usually, we also use greetings like “marhaba”, which is very common between the people of Iraq.
Please provide prove and evidence that muslims did that on your above paragraph. Any website or book to read or just your forefathers say so.
