Asked for intercesson of 1 saint but couldn't remember name...but thing happened anyway

I was asking for some financial help from Saint Gemma but I can’t remember her name. I asked for intercession from Saint Clare…something arother. What I asked happened (whoo!) but who gets the credit?

Do the saints know I was asking for Saint Gemma when I asked Saint Clare by mistake or did they just all work together?

No idea!

The saint that you were intending to pray to heard your prayers, but I think that St. Clare probably did as well. You can thank Almighty God through both of them.

^This. Saints work for the glory of God, not for themselves. You can thank both of them, but most of all I’m sure, because they love God so much they’d want you to thank and glorify God for His goodness.
 
I’ve become leery of doing devotion novenas. Every time I do one, the exact opposite of what I’m praying for happens 🙂

You should try to see this episode somehow.

So Jerry Seinfeld is living in an apt in NYC and has a few friends he hangs out with.

One is George.

George is kind of depressed in one episode because he never seems to make the right decision. (he has very little self-confidence).

So, one day he gets the idea that when confronted with a problem or choice, he’ll make a decision - AND THEN DO THE OPPOSITE!

I can’t remember too much else. It was one of my favorite shows - I don’t like too many.

Is your name George??
