Next time just let the girl know you have some interest and see how she responds.
 
While there are some good suggestions, prayer is the first and most important thing to do. You can ask everyone for advice, but if you don’t ask God what He wants, you will fail. And should God want you to have a relationship with this or another woman, prayer needs to eventually be a focal point of your relationship. Prayer is the beginning of all God-centered relationships. If praying for this person or whoever God wants you to befriend and eventually marry does not bring you peace, then this is probably not the right person. I’d say pray for this person, and see where it leads you. If praying for this person brings you peace, then God will lead you to the next step.
 
Dude, just be straightforward. That’s it, for most women, it won’t necessarily repulse them, even if they’re not interested in you like that, a lot of them they will feel flattered that you have the guts to tell them. This is just from what I’ve learned. I’ve never been shy about telling a girl I like her, because if I don’t, how else would she know?
 
Easy. Next time you see her, simply walk up to her and say, “You know, last night I was reading the Book of Numbers and I realized, I don’t have yours”.
