Respectfully suggest you might consider the following:-
Pray hard for The Lord to be with you in everything you say and do.
Sit and listen, without interrupting, when you speak with your separated wife.
Show her kindness, endless patience and understanding.
Accept that you both have issues and acknowledge her feelings of hurt/anger etc.
Give it time - you have the rest of your lives.
If it is the Will of God, you will be reconciled, but either way, keep praying.
I am praying for you both that God will guide you each step of the way.

Heavenly Father, I come before you today with a heavy heart; my marriage is in trouble, and I need your help. Make changes in our hearts. Make us compatible again, and bring us closer together.
