Sure, I’m positive many of those conversions are legit, such as your momma’s.

Probably many conversions start with a broken person watching TV and repeating a sincere prayer.

I’m just naturally cynical as I know the power of suggestion is high. People see it and they do it, sometimes without proper intent.
Also how many left the Church that Jesus founded because of false teaching they watched on TV.

I have read several posters stating that the so called Eucharistic Miracles are absolute proof of Transubstantiation.
The Eucharistic miracles are rare and not the norm. There’s no expectation or belief that the Eucharistic host at a mass will bleed or become chemically identical to heart tissue or some other non-normative example.

Yes. Jesus performs miracles in many ways and though out all the ages. It’s not the norm, or the purpose of the Sacrament.

“Blessed are those who do not see, and believe.”

The Catholic sacraments of Reconciliation and the Eucharist as well as Adoration are part of the continued growing that Catholics have to their advantage that us evangelicals don’t have in our Christian walk. These are aspects that draw me to Catholicism as possibly the missing piece in my faith journey that has otherwise been a good and fulfilling one thus far.
You are certainly welcome to attend the Eucharist (I know you know not to take communion:)) and are certainly welcome to Adoration…and other prayer festivities in the catholic parishes.

🙂

There is strong support from Sacred Scripture for asking Jesus into your heart:

A couple of examples (among other passages)

Revelations 3:20 “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

&

Ephesians 3:17a “That Christ may dwell [or, make His home] in your hearts by faith…”
