Asking prayer for a new job- QUICKLY

Good morning to everyone- I continue to pray for all of you here.

I ask today for prayer regarding a work scenario. I have been in my current situation for almost 20 years. it is time to move on. there is a lot of political, emotional, and ugly turmoil happening and it is incredibly toxic and negative for my well-being. Many have already exited.

I have made application for a new position and I am in prayer that I get an offer. I have called in favors to two people internally and listed another internal employee as a reference. I am praying fervently.

I ask everyone here to also please pray for me that I get a call for at least an interview. I interviewed at this company many years ago (6-7) and the process was tough, but this time I am obviously more ‘seasoned’ and prepared.

After this many years, i’m sad that things have taken the direction that they have. That is really sad to say, however I am absolutely positive that it is time to move on. thanks!

May God bless you in all of your ways, keep you in the very center of His will for you, and guide you into the very best situation.

O Saint Joseph, we pray to you for those who are out of work, for those who want to earn their living or support their families.

You who are the patron of workers; grant that unemployment may vanish from our ranks; that all those who are ready to work may put their strength and abilities in serving their fellowmen and earn a just salary.

You are the patron of families; do not let those who have children to support and raise lack the necessary means. Have pity on our brothers and sisters held down in unemployment and poverty because of sickness or social disorders. Help our political leaders and captains of industry find new and just solutions. May each and every one have the joy of contributing, according to his abilities, to the common prosperity by an honorable livelihood. Grant that we may all share together in the abundant goods God has given us and that we may help underprivileged countries. Amen.
