Well I’m not to hung up or devoted to hagiography, but on the other hand I’m very marian in my Catholicism.
I feel all to often that people mix the blessed mother with regular saints to be honest.
Mary is so so much more than just another saint.
She is the human tabernacle of Christ, she said yes to the new convent, she is indeed the highest human being in history.
She is to be venerated and glorified as the mother of all nations.
She is the new Eve, the one that instead of rebelling said “may it happen according to thine will.”.
While she is the queen off all creation and of heaven and earth and thus high above she is also our mama.
We are called to cling to her in our difficulties and share our life Werth her botg joy aswell as sorrows.
We are called to always seek mother Mary as she is the co-redemrix her yes were crucial for Gods Salvatory plan to succeed.
The relationship between Christ and his mother is also very intimate and close.
Remember how her steadfast faith in him pursued him into starting his mission at the wedding in Cana.
She is of GREAT importance to our Lord.
If she ask and begs for her children (that being us) we consider such intersession to be very influential and powerful.
I believe that the plee of Mary may change someone’s status from goat to sheep.
It’s not a one way relationship with Mary you know.
The more we include her, the more we venerate her and the more we devote ourself to her the more she loves us, hence the more she’ll pray for us.
The world is wicked and I for one are sure that her intersession is crucial for this falling world.
