What, if any, precautions should I make when translating the NAB into ASL? I know there are subtle differences between so many bible versions (disregarding the lack of entire books in some versions). I don’t want to imply something that the Church doesn’t teach 😉

In case anybody is interested, there’s a site, ASLBible.com, that is in the process of putting up an ASL version of the Bible. 🙂
 
paulist press, ltp.org and a couple of other publishers have versions of the readings for ASL interpreters that help you get the context and meaning across.

American Sign Language 🙂
Though I’m profoundly deaf, I’m just now learning it in college. :rolleyes:
