Metal wolf I actually think this is interesting but you would attract more readers with more explanation in your first post

Blessings

Or you think this post should be moved to another thread topic on here?

Second Life is still a thing? Might have to check it out again

Yes it is. Of course most of the ahem, “adult” content has been segregated to a certain region that people can only access by doing a age check, which i feel has been a good thing. Plus the filtering of keywords.

I wonder if some day in the future, whether they will be like IMVU and actually hide the adult content, which i think would help second life’s reputation.

Wow this thread seems so slow, compared if i did the same thread on a board related to MMOS,it would be busy.

It depends where you are. some places have people.(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)

Why is this thread so quiet?

I know on a mmorpg board,a thread like this would get a lot of replies.

Because most Catholics aren’t involved in Second Life and probably don’t even know what it is.
I actually wasn’t even aware it still existed. I haven’t heard anything about it for like 10 years.
This isn’t a “mmorpg board”, people here are into praying, going to church, reading theology and philosophy, etc.

We’ve been over this before. Most Catholics aren’t into furry stuff.

If you want a lot of interest in your threads here, you need to post about actual Catholic topics that Catholics enjoy. Like saints or prayers or Mass procedures or Thomas Aquinas’ writings or something.

SL seems to be dying/dead but if Catholics want to check out virtual Mass (no sacraments obviously) there go to the Archdiocese of Lepanto. I forget which one but apparently they have approval from a US bishop (probably should confirm that).
