From all eternity, O Lord, You planned your daughter’s very existence and her destiny. You wrapped her in Your love in Baptism and gave her the Faith to lead her to an eternal life of happiness with You. Now I beg You for the light she so earnestly needs that she may find the way of life in which lies the best fulfillment of Your will. Whatever state this may be, give her the grace necessary to embrace it with love of Your holy will, as devotedly as Your Blessed Mother did Your will. I commend her to You now, as she starts her aspirancy, trusting in Your wisdom and love to direct her in working out her salvation and in helping others to know and come close to You, so that she may find her reward in union with You for ever and ever. Amen.
