on the coronation of Mary we have this verse from the bible
Judith 15
“You are the glory of Jerusalem; you are the great pride of Israel; you are the high honor of our nation.*You’ve done all these things with your own hand. You’ve done well for Israel, and God is pleased with these things. May you be forever blessed by the Lord Almighty!”
The commentary in my bible reads this verse was applied to Mary in the early church also its the verse that’s used in the holy rosary on that particular mystery
Second point if Adam and other male figures in the OT represent a Christ like figure and foreshadow Jesus, same can be said with the female figures like Eve and others that point to Mary. In kings we have king Solomon offering his throne to his mother even bowing down to her!
1 kings 2:19
When Bathsheba went to King Solomon to speak to him for Adonijah, the king stood up to meet her, bowed down to her and sat down on his throne. He had a throne brought for the king’s mother, and she sat down at his right hand.
