JFonseka:
Why would I attempt to seek the truth, when I know that the truth is Jesus Christ.

So you are telling me, information of Prophet Mohammed taking child brides, forcing others to convert to Islam, preaching infidels must be killed if they do not follow the laws of Islam are all lies? If so, who propagated these lies? Keep in mind, I lived in the middle east for 10 years, and not a day went by when the imam in the mosque would be saying the daily prayers or some sermon and I could hear it from my house, one day, he appeared to be particularly angry about something, even though I couldn’t understand what he was going on about, the helper in the house informed me that he was angry with the USA for going after Bin Laden and that infidels should be killed. Of course he must have said a lot more because it went on for a good hour or so.

And this is not the only thing, how about Saudi Arabia? Where others are not allowed to have their churches or temples? Is this peace? By not allowing other religions to have their own shrines or whatever? How about public execution in Saudi Arabia, don’t they declare this is the way to get rid of the evil, by executing rapists or murderers, chopping off fingers of thieves, the hangings in Iran of gays, stoning in Iraq of girls who get friendly with boys from different Muslim sects, isn’t Saudi the place that all muslims must pilgrim to? Yet the country preaches nothing but hatred and violence to sinners and other religions.

Yet you say the west is delusioned, how can we be delusioned when your Imams talk about death to america or the pope must be jailed for insulting mohammed, when he didn’t even insult mohammed. The imams always seem to quoting prophet mohammed in some way or the other.

These are all lies yes?
The typical Muslim response to these statements is that these are not true muslims.

Westernized muslims are not the true muslims. They are diluted versions. To see what Islam is really like, you have to look at Muslims who live in Islamic countries.

As you will know, they are different. The Islam that we have in the west is a PC version. The real Islam is a lot more extreme. I don’t even have to provide proof because we’ve all seen the flag burnings, the oppression of women, the so-called ‘honour killings’, the suicide bombings, the indoctrination of children (on palestinian television), the treatment of apostates etc.

The people of the West need to wake up! Islamisation is a reality that will happen. In another 50 or 60 years Britain will be a majority Islamic country, and 35% of British muslims want Sharia Law enacted.

I can’t speak for America, but the threat is very real for you aswell.

Well I don’t know about America, cause I live in Australia, however you are right. I saw that on TV a few times, and the statistics scared me.

Hi

With this physical mortal body; none had any assumption/ascention to skies, neither Elijah nor Enoh nor Jesus nor Mary nor Muhammad. All died here on this earth and since they were pious people, GodAllahYHWH placed them in heaven under His constant love.

Thanks

The ultimate truth about Jesus is:
(Firstly), JesusYeshuaIssa did not leave anything revealed on him from GodAllahYHWH in the form of written stone tablets as was in case of Moses, (Secondly) or anything written by JesusYeshuaIssa himself when he left from Galilee, after the incident of Crucifixion, alongwith his mother Mary in search of the lost ten tribes of the house of Israel, he died natural and peaceful death in Kashmir, India.
Jesus left nothing behind authenticated by him, in possession of the Church.
We do respect the NTGospels which (Thirdly) have account of Jesus life, but it does not have much utility, more value than a book of history subject to scrutiny, internal as well as external, for each event for truth on merit.
I presume that you believe that your saying it three times makes it true?

Hi

Sorry, at least I can’t help you, as to me Mary did not assume to skies. After the event of crucifixion, in which Jesus escaped gettin killed on Cross, though he was put on Cross but he was delivered near-dead from it.

Form Galilee, Jesus alongwith Mary went in search of Lost Tribes of Israel, as prophesised by him, they both Jesus and Mother visited India and neighgouring countries where they were respected. Jesus died in Kashmir, in India, if one likes one could visit his tomb there. Mary according to some died in Murree a hilly resort near Islamabad capital of Pakistan.

So there is no question of assumption, to me. You are welcome to differ with me. I love Jesus and Mary.

Thanks
Can I presume you have preserved her relics?

Watch the documentary he posted above. Muslims are trying to say that Jesus is buried with an Islamic holyman in Kashmir.

If they can come up with something as ridiculous as that then I’m sure that there will be some supposed relics of the Blessed Mother.

If I wanted, I could go and get a beef bone, put it on display and pass it off as a relic of Mary. The Muslims have most likely done the same.

As to the original question by the original poster relative to the website quote…the bereans… You automatically discount anything posted on that site as “false”, “misleading” and “entirely anti-Catholic”. Its that simple. You need no explanation beyond that. If you wish to know the truth about the Assumption of Mary, you have but to access Catholic sources such as the following.

newadvent.org/cathen/02006b.htm

Seeking answers on anti-Catholic, hate-mongering sites, is like asking a Communist for proof that Democracy works better.

Excellent analogy.

Hi

No kelly no, I just want to trigger the inner research engine in you to get activated, the rest GodAllahYHWH would look after; and you know truth would ultimately prevail. Don’t get converted, remain a firm and steadfast Catholic, but it does not harm a Catholic to do a little research,

Thanks

Then how about doing a little research yourself?

You want us to accept what you say at face value. You should learn about Jesus, afterall your religion reveres him as a prophet. Instead, you swallow the nonsense that Christians have altered or changed the gospel so you don’t read it. Even if you do read it, you will be thinking that it’s nothing but a forgery the whole time.

Answer this question: Why would Christians want to alter the message of Jesus?

Let’s for a moment say that Jesus was not crucified and did indeed escape to Kashmir to find the lost tribes. Why would the early Christians want to change this?

If Jesus was only a prophet, why would people want to say otherwise? What would they get out of it?

Christianity would still have been a religion if the crucifiction did not happen. The early Christians would have taught that Jesus was a great Prophet who healed the sick and taught the value of peace and love. They might even have said that Jesus was not the last messenger of God and that another would come after.

Now lets look at what really happened.

Jesus died and resurected. He ascended into heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father.

The Christian faith is not a simple faith. It can be very hard to understand. Most people struggle with the concept of the Trinity the first time they learn about it. The hypostatic union is also not an easy thing to understand.

If Christians wanted to change the message and religion, then surely they would have SIMPLIFIED it.

The fact that some theological truths are hard to understand proves that they didn’t alter the message. Why would a person create a religion that so many people had trouble understanding. A simpler religion would also stop heresy.

Take Islam as an example. The core beliefs are easy to understand: One God and One Messanger. Compare that with Christianity. Triune God. A person who is FULLY man and FULLY God all at the same time. A Virgin Birth.

Why would the early Christians want to die for a lie? Even the Apostles gave their lives for the faith. Surely these people knew more about Jesus than Muhammad. They knew him intimately. They would not lie about him or his message.

Hi

There is an article:
Jesus Lived in India- Holger Kersten, a German Scholar.
sol.com.au/kor/7_01.htm

This article is a summary of Kersten’s exhaustive research into Christ’s travels after the Crucifixion, his arrival in India with the Mother Mary and finally his death and entombment in Kashmir.

“The historian Mullah Nadini (1413) also recounts a story of Yuz Asaf who was a contemporary to King Gopadatta, and confirms that he also used the name Issar, ie. Jesus. There is also much historical truth in the towns and villages of Northern India to prove that Jesus and his mother Mary spent time in the area. For instance, at the border of a small town called Mari, there is nearby a mountain called Pindi Point, upon which is an old tomb called Mai Mari da Asthan or “The final resting place of Mary”. The tomb is said to be very old and local Muslims venerate it as the grave of Issa’s (ie Christ’s) Mother. The tomb itself is oriented East-West consistent with the Jewish tradition, despite the fact it is within a Muslim area. Assuming its antiquity, such a tomb could not be Hindu either since the Hindus contemporary to Christ cremated their dead and scattered their ashes as do Hindus today.”

This is a new information on Mary, must be looked into.

Thanks
