Since I say the rosary everyday, I’ve got this question for you. What is the difference between the meditation of the Assumption of Mary and the Coronation of Mary since it’s not a matter of Scripture but of tradition and dogmatic announcement. It seems that whenever I’ve meditated on the Assumption that those are things I’d meditate on the Coronation.

I studied the thread topic a bit and came up with this:

The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary contemplates Revelation 12:2-9 while the Coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven contemplates Revelation 12.

Hope this is of value when you pray the Holy Rosary on Sundays and Wednesday - Glorious Mysteries +

As I see it, after death the perfected soul of the just is taken to heaven, which is anticipated by the Assumption of Mary. And, once in heaven, the perfected soul is rewarded based on the person’s own merits, which is anticipated by the Coronation of Mary.
