Atheism the new way?

Prominant atheists say that dwindling numbers of Christians in Europe and the West is proof that science and reason is triumphing over myth. That religion is being finally put in its place, that soon there will be no Christians (or other religious followers) and truth will be universal.

Is the falling numbers in Christanity and the growing atheism proof there is no God?

No! Atheism is not convincing. Poor Catechesis and secularism is responsible. Scientism, too.

Atheism will never triumph because God is written into our heart. We can experience Him.

The desire for truth leads directly to God.

“Science and Reason” is a code word for secularism. The West (America and Europe) is literally killing itself off because they destroyed the concept of the God given dignity of life. That is part of the reason why they are having so many abortions and having small families with less than 2 children per “family”.

The Declaration of Independence is founded upon this sentence:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness
Remove the concept of “Creator” and there are no grounds to argue for individual rights. Atheist governments in that in modern day China, Soviet Russia and Nazi Germany caused the greatest amount of deaths in world history, but they did it in a span of about 50 years. We are not far behind with the number of abortions we have caused.
