Just my opinion, but prayer is prayer and the Our Father is the Our Father regardless of which denomination is saying it. I guess it is one of those things that our Protestant brothers and sisters have in common with us. Also in that moment there is a little bit of unity.

The “Our Father” or “The Lord’s Prayer” as the Protestants call it, is universal in the church.

I can’t see why you wouldn’t recite it, except that they have the extra bit on the end, “For the power and the glory are yours etc…”, which we usually say later in the mass.

The Catholic Church does draw a distinction with the eucharist, or communion as they call it. But you’re not likely to be offered communion in a Protestant wedding.

Why would you think it would be wrong to say it with them? Prayer is prayer. God hears prayers of Protestants, too! In fact, Protestants worship the same God! Some Protestants are even liturgical! Would you have not recited the Nicene or Apostles Creed in a Protestant church if that had been recited there?
