Attending Mass in a foreign language? Also, Latin Mass?

Most of the Sunday Masses at St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome are the Novus Ordo (new Mass) in Latin, with preaching usually in Italian and intercessions and readings in various languages, especially Italian, English, and Spanish.
