Do you mean, if you leave before then, or if you stay and do not receive the Eucharist? I have forgone the Eucharist many times, but I certainly was at mass.

one may receive (as opposed to take) communion if one is a baptized Catholic, has received first communion, and is in a state of grace, at any Mass. However, one need not receive communion at any given Mass, and one must ‘only’ receive as noted at least once yearly. So certainly Mass attendance is ‘complete’ whether one receives communion or not. And if one cannot receive for any reason, one is still obligated to attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation.
