Attending Syro-Malankara Catholic Church

I found out there is a Syro-Malankara Catholic parish 45 minutes from me. According to their website they have an English Mass every 4th Sunday. Since tomorrow is the 4th Sunday of the month, I may go. Can anyone tell me how they administer Holy Communion, cross themselves, bow or genuflect? I want to be prepared and conform to what they do if I go. Thank you.
