I have relatives (protestants) with an autistic child. He is 10 and his communication skills are on par with a three year old. He is very hard to physically restrain (his mother isn’t physically strong enough). They go to a protestant church where they have a kids section for babysitting etc.
Now I am just curious what a Catholic Parish would offer in the same situation, assuming the parents cannot afford a babysitter for the autistic child.
