Pretty sure this wouldn’t accomplish much aside from irking a chunk of my friends off.For those of you on Facebook, see my page: Avoid the Born Again Christian Religions
I’ve abandoned Facebook, but anyway…I have no desire to join one of the evangelical religions. That’s where I came from. Of course, Catholicism is supposed to be evangelical in a different way, we’ve got to spread the message! But yes, avoid the counterfeit religions. For those of you on Facebook, see my page: Avoid the Born Again Christian Religions
As Roman Catholic Christians we are born again at our baptism . We are born of water and spirit as Christ tells Nicodemos in John Chapter 3 .So you can say that we are born again as Catholics .We are a born again religion, are we not?![]()
**If **you believe that the Catholic Church is the one and only true church of Jesus Christ and **if **she teaches, and has taught for milenia, the immorality of contraception, homosexual relations and abortion, how do you justify the position below? Our church is the only true church of Jesus Christ on Earth because of: 1. The Eucharist and the other sacraments; 2. The role of Our Blessed Mother in salvation; 3. The primacy of Peter and the Holy Father; 4. The Divine Mercy of Jesus; and countless other reasons which I could not ever find enough time to list.
I disagree with our church’s teachings on contraception and gay marriage. I’ve never hidden that fact from anyone. I believe the church will one day change its teachings regarding these two issues. I do agree with the church’s teachings on abortion; however, I do not feel that the government should codify it into a ban on abortion. I pray for the day when every mother and father will want their child; I’m against government interference in what I believe is between the family and God.
