Babe in Christ
True to form, just like a baby, when I received my gift from God; I was so mesmerized by the packaging (the assignment) that I almost missed the gift itself (Prophesy). I am grateful for the assignment; however it is the gift (even more so the gifter) that I will forever cherish. [Luke 10:21-24]
God is not the only one who hears the desires of our hearts, the devil is also listening in: And he can make some things look so perfect, that if we’re not discerning, we can mistake it for a gift only to destroy our destiny. Now this I know, God gives victory to his anointed and a true gift from God is always rooted in scripture and never opens the door to sin or disobedience against God’s commandments.
It’s amazing how God weaves the fabric of our lives to coincide with the DIVINE things that we hold so dear: My favorite scripture is 1 Corinthians 2:9. When I consider my gifting, I have to acknowledge that it’s in perfect alignment with that scripture. I’m learning to appreciate my status in life despite other people’s opinions; because, no matter where I am, with God navigating, I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.
• Thank You LORD that when I ASKED for endowment, You gifted me with vision to see things too glorious or my eyes.
• Thank You that when I ASKED for anointing, You opened my ears to hear words too beautiful for utterance.
• Thank You, because when I ASKED You to use me, You gave me an assignment that neither my heart nor mind had conceived.
PLEASE PRAY WITH ME IN FAITH THAT GOD WILL CONTINUE TO PROTECT AND DEVELOP MY GIFT IN RIGHTEOUSNESS SO THAT HE CAN USE ME TO THE FULL MEASURE OF MY CALLING. IN JESUS’ NAME AMEN.
A song in my heart:
Thank You LORD for hearing our prayer
Listening to burdens and cares
LORD, You know just how much we can bear
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, LORD Thank You
Thank You for hearing our prayer
