Back to school!

[Flame4]

Well summer is over, and its back to school time. I’m feeling quite depressed, as it seems the good times are ending. My family who came to visit are going back home as well. sigh Please pray for a good school year for all students (especially me .)

Please Lord, help us to learn well, keep us safe, and draw us closer to you. Make this school year exciting and fun with friends, teachers, and family. Amen.

[sungirl]

I pray that you and all students (and teachers) have a great year!

We had our first strong north wind all day today.

It felt wonderful, but it was a little scarey to think that winter’s around the corner.

for you Flame4 and all students and any new hires this week.

MEMORARE,
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen

Incomprehensible Creator, the true Fountain of light and only Author of all knowledge: deign, we beseech thee, to enlighten our understanding and to remove from us all darkness of sin and ignorance. Thou, who makes eloquent the tongues of those who lack utterance, direct our tongues, and pour on our lips the grace of thy blessing. Give us a diligent and obedient spirit, quickness of apprehension, capacity of retaining, and the powerful assistance of Thy holy grace; that what we hear or learn we may apply to Thy honor and the eternal salvation of our own souls.

PATER NOSTER, qui es in caelis, sanctificetur nomen tuum. Adveniat regnum tuum. Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra. Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie, et dimitte nobis debita nostra sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris. Et ne nos inducas in tentationem, sed libera nos a malo. Amen.

AVE MARIA, gratia plena, Dominus tecum. Benedicta tu in mulieribus, et benedictus fructus ventris tui, Iesus. Sancta Maria, Mater Dei, ora pro nobis peccatoribus, nunc, et in hora mortis nostrae. Amen.

GLORIA PATRI, et Filio, et Spiritui Sancto. Sicut erat in principio, et nunc, et semper, et in saecula saeculorum. Amen.
