There are many titles and addresses used to show respect, for example:

Pope: Your Holiness
Patriarch: Your Beatitude
Cardinal: Your Eminence
Archbishop: Your Excellency or British, Your Grace
Bishop: Your Excellency or British, My Lord

Eastern Orthodox Patriarch of Constantinople: Your All-Holiness
Eastern Orthodox Patriarch: Your Beatitude but some use Your Holiness
Eastern Orthodox Metropolitan: Your Eminence
Eastern Orthodox Titular Metropolitan: Your Excellency
Eastern Orthodox Bishop: Your Grace
