Baptism Agreement with Reformed Churches

I thought I heard that the agreement between the Catholic and the Reformed Churches was approved today but I can’t find anything on it. Does anyone know anything about its status?

Also, I’m a bit confused over the agreement. In part it says that Catholics will recognize the baptism of Reformed churches if they use water and baptize with a trinitarian formula. I was under the impression we already did recognize this. I’m aware that most Reformed Christians did not recognize Catholic baptism and this will be a change in that respect.

Lastly, although several Reformed denominations are accepting this, do you think there will be a problem getting their members to accept it, especially their theologians?

Notice that 11 bishops voted against this agreement. I don’t understand what is going on here.

Since when is the United Church of Christ “Reformed”?

I’m confused as well; is this really anything new? Surely Catholics already accept Protestant baptisms (in the traditional formula) valid, and vice versa - certainly in the “mainline” churches here mentioned?
