If someone is from and still going to the Catholic church but has recently been baptized iand received communion at a non-denominational church can they still attend Mass at the Catholic Church?

Yes, they can attend Mass. HOWEVER:

They should **not **receive the Eucharist in the Catholic Church until after they go to Confession regarding this supposed “baptism” in another church and receiving their “communion.”

You can receive baptism only once. Whatever they are doing in this other church, it is wrong to be attending it and participating in their services.

Your friend needs to go talk to their priest.

no this person must decide what religion to follow. If one is baptized Catholic one is Catholic, life-long, no way to undo baptism. the sin of leaving the Catholic Church for another denomination or religion, especially in a formal way by accepting baptism and communion, or participating in their worship, is called apostasy, and for a Catholic who is well informed about his faith and understands the gravity of this step, it is a mortal sin. Even someone who has removed himself from communion with the Catholic Church, or who has in some way incurred the penalty of excommunication, is free to attend Catholic Mass, but he may not receive holy communion until he confesses the apostasy and all other grave sins and receives absolution. I would offer the opinion based on my experience with RCIA that 90% of the people who do such a thing have never learned and accepted the basic teachings of the Catholic faith, so RCIA or an adult confirmation or catechism class would be a wise next step, after confession.
