I remember the circumstances around my baptism but not the baptism itself. I think my mom remembers it too. Mostly what we remember is trying to get my younger sister baptized. She freaked because she was scared of water when she was little and was not baptized. The church is no longer there. It was either non or inter denominational. I don’t have a certificate. Is more proof needed for baptism?

Someone who was there (two if possible) must remember exactly what was done, in what order and what was specifically said. Without that sufficient doubt might exist to require Conditional Baptism during Inquiry, before entering RCIA as a Candidate.
