Baptism texts

Hello,

Next week sunday we will baptise our twins. We are looking for english texts that can be read during the baptism. Can anyone help us with this?
 
The form of the sacrament is basically set. What particularly do you mean?

is the baptism at Mass?. If so the readings for the Sunday are to be read. Is it at a ceremony? The Rite of Baptism has the choices for the reading. Ask you priests to show you a copy if he allows you to choose. Some priests are partial to particular readings at baptism.
 
It will not be at mass but in a hall. The priest that will perform the rite is my uncle. We are Belgians so we only have texts in Dutch. A lot of the people that are invited speak English. It would be nice to say some parts in English. I looked on the web but there I don’t find anything…

Ask you parish for a copy of the Rite of Infant Baptism. It will have the options that are allowed printed right in it. You can choose any of the options.
 
I’ve typed out the Rite of Baptism for you (like the one in the link above, but with an appendix giving other options). If you pm me your email address, I’ll send it to you.
