Hello, everyone. New to Catholic Answers and new to the faith (about 2 years). Attended RCIA 2 years ago and my wife and I of 25 years both seeking annulments fromn prior marriage. We are in our late 50’s and I was married at 18, but it ws not a sacramental marriage as I’ve never been baptised.
Is it correct that I can’t get baptised until all the annulment process has been completed by the tribunal. Seems like we are discussing two issues that don’t related to each other and having a marriage that was not sacramental, I would think i can get baptised now and look forward with joy when my wife and I can obtain a catholic marriage and receive the sacrements. Any thoughts.
