Are you talking about Baptists? Baptism is a Sacrament, not a denomination. Baptists are a Christian denomination.
I don’t know if anyone has the answer to your question because as far as I know each Baptist church is autonomous, but they can be affiliated with an organization, such as the Southern Baptists, the American Baptists, the Freewill Baptists, etc. or they can be Independent. And they do not all teach the same thing. My daughter-in-law is a Freewill Baptist and they do not, according to her, subscribe to idea that you cannot lose your salvation, or eternal security as is taught by some. But I am not a Baptist, someone who is will have to answer more fully and accurately. But I would be willing to guess no one really knows how many Baptist groups there are.
